Entry Process

How to Enter  this years swim!

Make sure you familiarise yourself with the process detailed below in 'How to Enter' as well as reading the following:

As a reminder, all swim places are non-transferable and non refundable!

Also Note - We will not be organising the "Half Distance Swim' this year due to the reduced numbers for this event.

How To Enter...

The Full Distance Swim places will be available from (10 February 2024 @ 18:00hrs)
The places will not be available or visible before this time.
The access code prompt will be removed before the places go on sale.
Please remember: all swim places are non-transferable and non-refundable

The Entry Process... 

When the Swim Place Tickets go live, there will be a link on this website which will take you to our Ticket Tailor website for you to buy a Swim Place.

First - please read the summary

On the first page  you land on there is a summary of the event details.

(If you want to revisit the full Ts and Cs or Event Rules there are links on this first page).

To start the process click on the blue "Buy Entry Places " button on the first page page.

Second - Select Your Ticket (and optional Donation)

On the second page, you select your Swim Place  and if you would like to make an optional donation to RLSS Poole Lifeguard, then you can add the donation amount on this page. 

• If you are buying one of our "Partner Places" and have a code then: 

1. Proceed and enter the access code and apply 

2. Select quantity of 1 x  place

3. Add a Donation towards RLSS Poole Lifeguard - (thank you)

4. Click "Next"

• If you are buying a standard "Brownsea Swim - Full Distance - Entry Place" entry place and they are available: 

1. Select quantity of 1 x  place

2. Add a Donation towards RLSS Poole Lifeguard - (thank you)

3. click the green NEXT button.

Third  - Swim Entry Details

• On the third page  you will see the entry form with all  questions that you need to complete. 

Click here if you would like to view the list of questions required in advance 

Each Swimmer entering the swim, will require a unique email address. 

Please take your time to check that the information on your form is completed accurately!

You will have up to 30 minutes to complete the form and make your payment.

After 30 minutes the system will log you out and you will have to start again. (At this point, you may lose your place if another swimmer is on the site and is looking to enter).

• RLSS Poole Lifeguard accept no responsibility for misleading or missing information submitted on these forms (see Ts and Cs)

• When all the required questions on the form are completed - Click Next 

Lastly  - Payment 

• you will be re-directed to the  checkout page where you will be asked to complete payment by simply entering the details of a debit / credit card of your choice. 

Please note: all places are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

After you have completed your payment

• You will receive a confirmation email with your order and invoice.

(Please check your spam folder if this doesn’t come through shortly after you complete your payment).

• Once all swimmers are registered we will send you an email to check and confirm (or amend) your  entry details.

• After this no further category changes are possible.

• All other details submitted will be cross-checked with you again, at the registration desk (when you register on the day of the swim).

That's it you have finished :-)
