It is worth mentioning that each swimmer wishing to enter, has to have a unique email address.
Unfortunately our systems do not allow for multiple swimmers using one email address - sorry

 All swim hats and other swimmer ID kit is handed to swimmers at registration desk - we do not send anything by post.

 Day of swim  (note: this is an approximate timeline)

• 06:20 hrs Registration Marshals to arrive at Poole Quay and set up Registration

• 06:20 hrs Breakfast being served for Safety cover at Sandbanks

• 06:20 hrs Safety Teams to Muster at Sandbanks

• 06:35 hrs Registration Opens Poole Quay

• 07:00 hrs Paddle Craft to be on water at NHYC and make way to Island

• 07:00 hrs Available Safety Boats to muster at RMYC to escort Paddle Craft across to Brownsea

• 07:15 hrs FIRST Swimmer Ferry departs Sandbanks (approx. 20 min trip)

• 07:20 hrs Poole Quay Registration Closes

• 07:25 hrs SECOND Swimmer Ferry departs Poole Quay (approx. 20 min trip)

• 07:40 hrs ON ISLAND Swimmers Registration OPENS

• 08:00 hrs Safety Brief for PADDLE CRAFT TEAM - on the Swim Beach

• 08:00 hrs Safety Brief for SAFETY BOATS – Afloat

• 08:00 hrs ON ISLAND Swimmers Registration Closes

• 08:20 hrs Swimmer Briefing – Lower Terrace

• 08:35 hrs All paddle craft to clear away from Swim Beach

• 08:40 hrs Swimmers start to enter Castle Beach and into the water

• 08:50 hrs Predetermined kayakers to form barrier between Piers ready for start of swim

• 09:00 hrs Swim Start

• 11:10 hrs Presentations – Cafe – Brownsea Island

• 12:00 hrs Swim Cut off
